Eligibility for diabetes management through Virta is only available for certain members and covered dependents who have major medical coverage through an 1199SEIU Benefit Fund. Among other criteria for participation, members and dependents must be over 18 with a diagnosis of type 2 diabetes. There are some medical conditions that would exclude patients from participation in Virta. Medicare-eligible retirees are not eligible for participation. Accessing your benefits with MyAccount has gotten even easier. Just download our mobile app to your iOS or Android device, and you can sign on to MyAccount directly from your smartphone. Since the Benefit Fund first launched MyAccount, over 190,000 members have created accounts to access their benefits anytime, anywhere.
Use the MyAccount app to:
